We collect the business and contact details you provide through our forms — such as your name, business name, email, phone number, time in business, industry, and approximate annual revenue. We also collect limited technical data (like IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed) needed to operate and secure the site. We do not sell your application data.
How we use your information
We use your information to match you with financing options, share your request with the partners best suited to it so they can prepare an offer, respond to your questions, prevent fraud, and improve our service. Sensitive application fields are never sent to third-party analytics tools.
How we share information
We share the details of your request with the third-party financing partners we match you to, and with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting, communications, and fraud-prevention vendors) under contract. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Application consent is kept separate from optional marketing consent, so declining marketing never affects your ability to apply. Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your information.
