Disclosures & licensing

This page describes Fundrillo’s role, how we are compensated, and the licensing and disclosures that apply to our service.
Important to know
Lender or broker status
Fundrillo, Inc. operates as a financing marketplace and commercial loan broker. We are not a direct lender: we do not originate loans, make credit decisions, or fund financing. We connect small-business owners with third-party financing partners who make their own approval and pricing decisions.
How we are compensated
Fundrillo is paid a referral or origination fee by the financing partner when a match results in funding. This does not add to the cost of your financing, and we disclose material relationships that could reasonably affect the options you are shown.
Licensing
Where a state requires registration or licensing for commercial-financing brokerage, Fundrillo maintains the applicable registrations and operates only in states where it is authorized. Commercial-purpose financing is exempt from consumer-lending licensing in many states. See our State-specific disclosures for details by state.
State-specific disclosures
Several states — including California, New York, Utah, and Virginia — require specific disclosures for commercial financing. Where applicable, those disclosures are provided with your offer and summarized on our State-specific disclosures page.
Equal credit opportunity
The federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, or because all or part of an applicant’s income derives from a public assistance program.
